The Infrastructure Layer for Global Commodities

URTI provides the tokenization, verification, and certification infrastructure that makes compliance verifiable, tradeable, and universal — starting with forestry, and expanding to every natural resource on earth.

What is URTI

Universal Resource Tokenization Infrastructure. The protocol layer that makes every natural resource identifiable, trackable, and verifiable.

URTI assigns a unique digital identity to every resource at the point of origin. Whether it’s a standing tree, a gold deposit, or a water right — the moment it enters the system, it becomes a verifiable digital asset.

Every transformation, transaction, and certification event is recorded and cryptographically sealed. The result is a complete, immutable provenance chain that regulators, buyers, and investors can verify in seconds.

This is not a database. It’s not a tracking app. URTI is infrastructure — the foundational layer that makes compliance automatic, fraud economically impossible, and resource markets transparent for the first time in history.

URTI ID

Universal Identifier

Every resource gets a unique cryptographic identity at registration

<5s

Instant Verification

API-powered certificate verification replaces weeks of manual audits

E2E

Full Lifecycle

Track every transformation from origin to finished product

256-bit

Cryptographic Proof

SHA-256 verification hashes make forgery mathematically impossible

What is NFCC

Non-Fungible Compliance Certificates. Unique, non-replicable digital certificates that prove regulatory compliance at every stage of a resource’s lifecycle.

Every compliance event — registration, harvest, processing, production, certification — generates a unique NFCC that is cryptographically linked to the resource’s URTI ID. Each certificate is non-fungible: it cannot be duplicated, transferred, or forged.

NFCCs replace paper certificates, self-reported compliance, and trust-based verification with machine-readable, instantly-verifiable proof. Regulators query an API. Buyers scan a QR code. Auditors access a complete chain of custody in seconds, not months.

One Protocol. Every Commodity

URTI begins with forestry because wood touches every economy on earth. But the protocol is resource-agnostic. The same infrastructure that certifies a tree can certify a gold deposit, a water right, or a land title.

Active

Forestry & Timber

Full lifecycle certification from tree registration through harvest, milling, production, and structural use. EUDR, Lacey Act, and ISPM-15 compliance automated.

Phase 2

Gold

Mine-to-market provenance tracking. Conflict mineral compliance. Artisanal and industrial extraction certification with verifiable chain of custody.

Phase 2

Silver & Platinum

Precious metals certification addressing responsible sourcing requirements. Integration with London Bullion Market Association standards.

Phase 3

Land & Real Estate

Tokenized land titles with verifiable ownership chains. Boundary data, zoning compliance, and environmental assessments linked to NFCC certificates.

Phase 3

Water Resources

Water rights tokenization and usage tracking. Watershed-level compliance monitoring. Agricultural and industrial allocation verification.

Phase 4

Agricultural Commodities

Farm-to-table certification for crops, livestock, and processed goods. Organic certification, fair trade verification, and carbon footprint tracking.

The Vision Behind URTI

André Meccya Williams

Founder & Chief Executive

André Meccya Williams founded URTI with a singular conviction: the global economy cannot scale on trust alone. Every industry that touches natural resources — forestry, mining, agriculture, water — operates on systems built for a pre-digital era.

Paper certificates can be forged. Self-reported compliance can be fabricated. Supply chain audits that take months create gaps where fraud, environmental destruction, and economic exploitation thrive unchecked.

URTI exists to close those gaps permanently. By building infrastructure-level certification that is cryptographically verifiable, universally applicable, and impossible to forge, Williams is creating the foundation for a global economic system that rewards compliance and punishes fraud — automatically, at scale, in real time.

“We are not building a product. We are building the verification layer for the global resource economy. Every tree, every ounce of gold, every acre of land — verified, certified, and immutable. This is what infrastructure looks like.”
André Meccya Williams, Founder

The Roadmap

Four phases to become the universal certification infrastructure for the global commodity economy.

Phase 1 — Current

Forestry & Timber

Full NFCC lifecycle certification for the global wood economy. Tree registration, harvest tracking, milling certification, pallet compliance, and prefab structural certification. EUDR and ISPM-15 compliance automation.

Live
Phase 2

Precious Metals

Extend URTI protocol to gold, silver, and platinum. Mine-to-market provenance tracking, conflict mineral compliance, and integration with established precious metals standards bodies.

2027
Phase 3

Land & Water

Tokenized land titles, water rights certification, and environmental compliance monitoring. Partnership with government registries and environmental agencies for institutional adoption.

2028
Phase 4

Universal Resource Protocol

URTI becomes the standard certification layer for all natural resource markets. Agricultural commodities, energy resources, and industrial materials integrated into a single verification infrastructure.

2029+

Why This Matters

URTI is not solving a forestry problem. It’s solving the verification problem that underpins every natural resource market on earth.

§

Regulatory Compliance

Regulations like EUDR, the Lacey Act, and FLEGT require verified supply chain data. URTI makes compliance automatic, not aspirational. Regulators get API access to real-time verification instead of annual paper audits.

Market Transparency

For the first time, buyers, investors, and consumers can verify the provenance of the resources they purchase. Price premiums for certified products create economic incentives for sustainable practices.

Economic Inclusion

Small-scale producers in developing economies gain access to the same certification infrastructure as multinational corporations. Verified assets become bankable, insurable, and tradeable on global markets.
